******* THE LOCOMOTIONS BIO*******

The LOCOMOTIONS formed in april 2002. Martin Savage and Loco Lopez had just split up their former band the NEW ERA and were sitting in a very popular bar in Stockholm drinking beer. They were talking about the greatness of the REAL KIDS and decided to start a band in the same spirit. It was immideately decided that Topi the Kat (who also play in SONS OF CYRUS with Loco) should be the drummer. He said yes the next day! Immediately songs were written and shows were booked and even a studio. So in july they recorded 14 songs for their debut 7" and album in the dubious studio in stockholm. All the songs were bashed out live in a day and the next day they did the mixing!!! They've played a number of shows in Stockholm as the opening act for the DIRTBOMBS and KING KHAN among others. The recordings were sent to ALIEN SNATCH! records who of course wanted to release this masterpiece. In april 2003 they're gonna do a few shows in the London with the ULCERS and probably record another album at the famous TOE RAG studio.
